Welcoming you into the home is a sitting room with a cedar wood feature wall. Next to the sitting room is the dining room, with bright red chairs to draw your eye further into the home. A decorative pendant light anchors the dining table in the room, while the fireplace almost disappears into the black fireplace surround. Around the corner from the dining room is the kitchen that opens up onto a small grassy area.

As the home sits on a hillside, different levels appear when you look up at the home from the swimming pool that sits at the bottom of the garden. Surrounded by a plant covered wall and tall trees, the pool is private and secluded in its location. The master bedroom is quite large with plenty of space for additional furniture.

The starting point for the design of the new office building was an ambition to reuse and rethink the spatial and material quality of the former industrial site.
